Robinsons Blinds & Shutters take Public Health and Safety extremely seriously. During this unprecedented time, we must all take steps in keeping each other safe read and that must be complied with at all times.

• All our blinds and shutters have been manufactured using all the safety guidelines set by the Government. 

• All staff travel to work alone either by car or walking and do not use any public transport.

• Masks and gloves are provided to all staff at all times.

• If any member of our staff starts to develop any symptoms of Covid-19 they will be asked to leave and remain in isolation for the time set by the Government and Health advisors.

• No work will be carried out in a household which is isolating because one or more family members has symptoms or where an individual has been advised to shield.

• When working in any household or where somebody is clinically vulnerable, but has not been asked to shield, for example, the home of someone over 70 or expectant mothers. We must all wear masks and gloves and be very strict on regular handwashing and surface cleaning while keeping a 2-metre distance. If you feel at all worried and would prefer not to have anyone working in your home we can provide a supply only option and deliver the blinds so you or a member of your household can fit the blinds yourself.

• While we are working in your home, we will reduce the spread of germs when we cough or sneeze by covering our mouth and nose with our sleeve or a tissue which will be disposed of correctly. We will then use Anti-Bacterial Gel / Wipe or wash our hands.

• We will clean any surfaces that we have touched to reduce the risk of passing the infection.

• We will communicate with households prior to any visit to discuss how the work will be carried out to minimise risk for all parties.

• We will maintain social distance as far as possible.

• We will keep the activity time involved as short as possible.

• Our company vehicles will be regularly cleaned using gloves and cleaning products with emphasis on door handles and steering wheels etc. 

• We ask where at all possible payments for the blinds and services we provide to be made either by BACS transfer for which bank details will be given or by Debit/Credit card for which calls can be made to our office on 01604 622380.
